Any order placed by 12:00 PM CET Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will usually ship the same or the day after. If you’ve placed an order after 12:00 PM CET or on a weekend, your order will usually be processed within 1-2 business days.
For shipments in Europe, we are currently using HERMES shipping (https://www.myhermes.at/).
We currently do not offer expedited shipping within the EU.
If you decided to create a TRU PRO account during your purchase, you can find the tracking information by logging into your account.

Our recommendation is to immediately talk to your mailman and/or postal service. Once we hand over the package to a delivery service, we have no control over your package. Thus, we will not take responsibility for a lost or stolen package if the tracking information shows a successful delivery. Thus, the responsibility to retrieve the package or receive a refund (in case of a lost or stolen item where delivery tracking shows a successful delivery) falls between the customer and the shipping service used for delivery.
